One of the greatest parts about having a Wii is that you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on one of 2011′s best new graphics cards. One of the best Wii RPG video games this year is Mario & Luigi Bowser’s Inside Story.
It’s a single player action RPG game that takes on a classic enemy – Bowser. This off-the-wall story has players in the team of Mario and Luigi; even playing as Bowser and turns the Nintendo gaming world into a whole new place. The Mushroom Kingdom has been struck by some ill fortune; an infection named “The Blorbs” that has the Toads out of control. A council is gathered to figure out how to combat this threat when Bowser pops in to kidnap Peach. When the council is shrunk to tiny size, Bowser then takes control of Mushroom Kingdom.
Mario and Luigi are trapped inside Bowser’s stomach and they soon realize they can have an effect on Bowser from the inside, just as things on the outside have an effect on the inside of Bowser’s body. Dealing with everything from bad food, to illnesses causing chaos, they are in a battle like never before. Players gain experience points in the different tasks they accomplish and challenges they face down. They are then given chances to level up their players fighting skills, buy equipment and supplies or purchase new abilities. There are other parts of the game that initiate puzzle solving, search and find, mini games and more.
